Customize the Schedule Settings
Discover how to customize the settings of your scheduled reports and update their content or configuration to meet your specific requirements.
Assisty allows you to customize the settings of your scheduled reports to meet your specific requirements. If you need to modify the content or configuration of a report that is already scheduled to be emailed, follow the steps below:
Delete the Existing Schedule:
Access the scheduling or automation section within Assisty.
Locate the existing schedule for the report you want to modify.
Delete the current schedule to remove it from the system.
Update the Report Configuration:
Navigate to the Report Library or My Reports section within Assisty.
Select the custom report you want to modify.
Update the configuration and content of the report according to your needs.
Create a New Schedule:
Return to the scheduling or automation section within Assisty.
Select the modified custom report as the basis for your new schedule.
Configure the scheduling details, including the interval, delivery time, and output options.
Save and Activate the New Schedule:
Once you have set the desired schedule settings, click on the "Save" or "Activate" button to save and activate the new schedule.
