Exporting Data to CSV Format

Learn how to export your report data to a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file format, which allows for easy importing and analysis in external tools such as spreadsheets.

Assisty allows you to easily export your report data to a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file format, enabling you to analyze and manipulate your data in external tools such as spreadsheets. Follow the steps below to export your data in CSV format:

While viewing a report, locate the "Export Data" button in the top right corner of the control button section of the report page.
Click on the "Export Data" button to open the export options popup.
In the export options popup, select "CSV" as the desired file format.
Enter the email address where you would like to receive the download link for the exported CSV file.
If you are using the Free Plan, please note that you can only export the data of the current page, rather than the entire dataset.
Once you have entered the email address and selected the file format, click on the "Export" button to initiate the export process.
If the export is successful, you will receive an email with the download link for the CSV file. Alternatively, you can access the download manager by clicking on the three dots ("...") located near the "Export Data" button, and then selecting "[Download Manager.](" This allows you to view and download all recent export files.


By exporting your data to the CSV format, you can leverage external tools like spreadsheets to further analyze, visualize, and manipulate your data. Whether you need to perform complex calculations, create visualizations, or share data with others, exporting to CSV provides a flexible and widely compatible format.
