Schedule Profiles: Efficiency at Your Fingertips

Schedule profiles are here to streamline your scheduling process. By saving your preferences (output type, file format, interval, delivery time, destination), you can easily apply them to any report without starting from scratch.

Creating a Schedule Profile

When setting up a new schedule, you can choose to save your settings as a new profile. Fill in the details:

• Output Type: Email, Google Drive, or Google Spreadsheet
• File Format: CSV, PDF, Excel, or Google Sheets
•  Interval: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
• Delivery Time and Date: Specify when you would like to receive your reports
• Destination: Add your email address or the location on Google Drive or Google Spreadsheet

The default profile is set to send a CSV file to your email daily at 9 AM.

Managing Scheduled Reports

1. Viewing Scheduled Reports

Access a comprehensive list of your scheduled reports and schedule profiles via the left navigation menu. This area allows you to see all the information about your scheduled reports, including historical runs with download options and details about upcoming reports.

2. Editing Scheduled Reports

To modify a scheduled report, click on the "edit" link next to the schedule information title. Here, you can change any aspect of the schedule. If desired, you can save these new settings as a separate schedule profile, allowing you to customize your report delivery further.
