Accessing the Segment Builder
How to Navigate:
Find the Segment Builder under the Analytics or Products menu on your dashboard.
Interface Overview: Familiarize yourself with the layout, including the analytics selection area, product list, and segment management tools.

Creating Data-Driven Segments

Defining Your Segment
Selecting Analytics: Choose from various analytics options to define the criteria for your segment.
Setting Time Ranges and Filters: Customize your segment further by setting specific time ranges and applying filters.
Saving Your Segment
Naming Your Segment: Give your segment a descriptive name for easy identification.
Saving Process: Click the "Save" button to store your segment for future use.

Creating and Managing Manual Segments

Selecting Products for Addition
Product Selection: Manually select products to include in your segment using checkboxes.
Adding Products: Add selected products to an existing or new Manual segment by clicking the "Add to Segment" button.
Removing Products from a Manual Segment
Selecting Products for Removal: Check the boxes next to the products you wish to remove.
Initiating Removal: Click the "Remove" link above the product table, then confirm your action in the pop-up dialog.
Understanding Processing Time
Action Queuing: Note that adding or removing products is queued for processing, leading to a delay.
Refresh Delay: If you reload the segment page immediately after making changes, the latest updates may not be reflected.
System Notification: A message will appear to inform you that the segment refresh is in progress.

Applying Segments to Reports

Loading a Segment
Accessing Reports: Open any report within Assisty that supports segmentation.
Applying a Segment as a Filter: Choose a saved segment from the dropdown to apply as a filter, refining the report's data.
Viewing and Analyzing Data
