Accessing the Segment Builder

Find the Segment Builder under the Analytics or Products menu on your dashboard.

Creating Data-Driven Segments


Defining Your Segment
Selecting Analytics: Choose from various analytics options to define the criteria for your segment.
Setting Time Ranges and Filters: Customize your segment further by setting specific time ranges and applying filters.
Saving Your Segment
Naming Your Segment: Give your segment a descriptive name for easy identification.
Saving Process: Click the "Save" button to store your segment for future use.

Creating and Managing Manual Segments


Selecting Products for Addition
Product Selection: Manually select products to include in your segment using checkboxes.
Adding Products: Add selected products to an existing or new Manual segment by clicking the "Add to Segment" button.
Removing Products from a Manual Segment
