  1. Accessing the Segment Builder
  • How to Navigate:
    Find the Segment Builder under the Analytics or Products menu on your dashboard.
  • Interface Overview: Familiarize yourself with the layout, including the analytics selection area, product list, and segment management tools.

Creating Data-Driven Segments

  1. Defining Your Segment
    Selecting Analytics: Choose from various analytics options to define the criteria for your segment.
    Setting Time Ranges and Filters: Customize your segment further by setting specific time ranges and applying filters.
  2. Saving Your Segment
  • Naming Your Segment: Give your segment a descriptive name for easy identification.
  • Saving Process: Click the "Save" button to store your segment for future use.

Creating and Managing Manual Segments

  • System Notification: A message will appear to inform you that the segment refresh is in progress.
