Where does incoming inventory come from?

We provide 3 options to update the incoming inventory:
Shopify purchase orders:
You need to create purchase orders in your Shopify, and then our app will pull the new incoming inventory.

Stocky purchase orders:
You need to create purchase orders in Stocky, and then our app will pull the new incoming inventory.

Google spreadsheet file
We provide the Google spreadsheet file, and then you can manually enter to incoming quantity for each product variant learn more...

Quickbooks purchase orders (coming soon)
You need to create purchase orders in Quickbooks, and then our app will pull the new incoming inventory.

When is incoming inventory updated in the app?

We sync the incoming inventory once a day automatically.
We also provide the force sync data function to allow pulling the new incoming inventory to the app instantly.
