Why is my store information not being pulled into the app?

There are a few reasons why your store information might not be pulled into the app, depending on your merchant status:

Newly Installed Merchants: If you have just installed the app, please note that it takes a few hours to sync data from your Shopify store to our data warehouse. During this time, the app generates all the necessary analytics reports. You can check the data sync status guide to monitor the progress of this initial sync.

Existing Merchants on Free Plan: For merchants using the free plan, the app does not perform daily data syncs. Instead, it refreshes new data when you open the app. This means it may take some time to update, depending on the amount of new data since the last refresh.

Paid Merchants: If you are a paid merchant and have been using our app for a while, your data syncs on different schedules. Sales and on-hand inventory data are updated every hour, while incoming inventory and inventory movement history are updated daily. You can also use the force sync feature to manually trigger a data update. Additionally, you can check the Data Sync status page to see the latest update time for each resource. Please note that even with the force sync, you may need to wait a few moments for the new data to appear. If you suspect there is an issue with your data, please reach out to us. Our team will perform a data audit and respond within 24 hours.
