- Initial Sync: If this is your first time importing data, it may take a few hours to complete the initial sync. During this time, the system is generating all necessary analytics reports.
- Data Volume: Large volumes of data can extend import times. Ensure your internet connection is stable to facilitate a smoother import process.
- Status Check: You can monitor the progress of your data sync by visiting our checking data status guide.
- Retry Import: If the import seems stuck, try restarting the process. If you're a paid user, you can use the force sync feature to manually trigger a data update.
