Changing the Time Range

Learn how to adjust the time range of your report to focus on specific periods or compare different time periods.

The time range in your report allows you to focus on specific periods or compare data across different time frames. In our app, you have the flexibility to choose a custom time range using a calendar or select from a range of predefined historical time ranges. This article will guide you through the process of changing the time range in your report.

Using a Custom Time Range

Locate the time range icon at the top left of the report. It is typically represented by a calendar or clock icon.
Click on the time range icon to open the calendar.
The calendar will show the current time range by default. To modify the time range, click on the start date field or the end date field.
Select the desired start and end dates from the calendar. As you select the dates, the time range will automatically update.
The report will refresh automatically, displaying the data within the selected custom time range.

Selecting Predefined Historical Time Ranges

Our app also provides a range of predefined historical time ranges for your convenience. These options allow you to quickly analyze data for common periods.
Here's how you can select a predefined historical time range:
Locate the time range icon at the top left of the report.
Click on the time range icon to open the calendar.
In the calendar view, you will also see a dropdown menu that lists the available predefined historical time ranges.
Choose one of the predefined time ranges that best suits your analysis needs. Examples include "Last 7 Days," "Last Week," "Week to Date," "Last Month," "Last Year," "Last 30 Days," "Last 60 Days," "Last 90 Days," and more.
The report will automatically update to reflect the chosen time range.
You can further refine the report by combining the predefined time range with other filters or parameters if needed.
