The data table in your report provides detailed information about your metrics and attributes. In our report page, you can interact with the data table to perform additional actions and gain deeper insights. This article will guide you through the various interactions available in the data table.

Tooltip and Cell Actions


When you hover over a cell in the data table, a tooltip will appear, displaying the message "Expand Options: click for more".
Click on a cell to reveal the cell actions menu, which provides additional actions you can perform with the content of the cell.
The first action in the menu is always the option to copy the value of the cell to your clipboard.
Depending on the nature of the cell, additional actions may be available.

Filtering the Report by Cell Value


If you wish to filter the report based on the value of a specific cell, click on the cell to open the cell actions menu.
In the menu, you will find filtering options represented by icons.
Click on the corresponding icon to apply a filter based on the cell value.
By filtering the report, you can focus on specific subsets of data that meet your criteria.

Viewing Detailed Dashboards


If the cell represents a dimension such as a product, product collection, vendor, store location, or customer, you have the option to view a detailed dashboard specifically tailored to that object.
Click on the cell to open the cell actions menu.
In the menu, you will find a link or button labeled "View Detailed Dashboard" or a similar description.
By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to the detailed dashboard for the selected object. The dashboard will provide comprehensive information related to the selected dimension, such as sales metrics, inventory of product variants, top vendors or collections associated with the product, and a list of customers who have purchased the product.
Exploring the detailed dashboard allows you to delve deeper into the data and gain a comprehensive understanding of the selected dimension.
