Saving the Report

Understand how to save your customized report for future reference and easy access, ensuring your configurations and changes are preserved.




When using our report page, you have the option to save a report by duplicating it. This feature allows you to create a customized version of an existing report, preserving its current configuration and settings. Follow the steps below to save a report:

On the top-right corner of the report page, locate the "Duplicate" button.
Click on the "Duplicate" button to initiate the duplication process.
A popup window will appear, prompting you to set a name for the new report. Enter a descriptive name that reflects the purpose or focus of the customized report.
In the same popup window, you will see a summary of the current selected configuration of the report. This includes:

Date RangeThe selected time period for the report.
Break-down DimensionThe chosen dimension for grouping the data.
Comparison PeriodThe period used for comparison data.
Selected ColumnsThe columns or metrics displayed in the report.
Applied FiltersThe filters applied to the report's data.
Added ParametersAny parameters set for dynamic filtering.
Pivot Column (if applicable)The column used for data pivoting.


Review the configuration summary to ensure it matches your desired settings for the new report.
Click on the "Save Report" button in the popup window to create the customized report.
The new report will be saved with the provided name and will appear in the "My Reports" section. This section is specifically dedicated to storing and organizing your personalized reports.
To access your saved report, navigate to the "My Reports" section within the app. Here, you will find a list of all your customized reports, including the newly created one.
Click on the name of the report to open and view its contents. You can now analyze the data based on the saved configuration and settings.
